We are a partnership of tax consultants, notaries and lawyers located in an attractive location on the River Spree in Berlin with a splendid view over the city (from the 10th, 12th and 14th floors).
As well as conventional consultation areas, we also specialise in international clients.
We offer an opportunity for independent working using your own initiative as much as possible. Personal checking or monitoring are tasks we like to avoid if possible. The ideal complement for focussed working using a worker’s own initiative is efficient communication across a level playing field.
It is our belief that hierarchies should be flat and, ideally, problems should be solved during personal consultations. To the extent that work can lead to satisfaction, we try to foster this and welcome any requests from our staff for further training. We will never discourage such wishes and try to help out in personal further development where possible.
On the other hand, positions are also available which support regular working at a consistent level. The employee’s own expectations for their role merely have to be articulated and agreed upon.

Should you wish to work outside our core office hours or from home, this can be agreed upon individually where possible after a certain amount of time spent becoming acquainted with the work.

The scale and make-up of your salary shall be agreed upon individually (including job tickets, travel expenses, childcare or pension contributions).
